The Challenge
With a large and busy fleet covering thousands of miles each week, Pacifica wanted to cut unnecessary fuel use and vehicle idling, reduce emissions, and improve driver safety – all while keeping operational performance high.
Traditional telematics had provided data but not behavioural change, so Pacifica sought a proactive solution that could engage drivers directly and make improvements stick.
The Solution
In 2022, Pacifica turned to Lightfoot’s in-cab driver coaching and rewards platform to help transform fleet performance.

Driving safety forward with Lightfoot Vision
