Lightfoot named as Crown Commercial Service Supplier
We’re proud to announce that Lightfoot has been named a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Tyres, Glass and Telematics framework (RM6353).
This means public sector organisations – including local authorities, NHS trusts, government departments, and other public bodies – can now directly award telematics contracts to Lightfoot without the need for a full tender process.

Being named on the CCS framework is a major milestone for Lightfoot. It simplifies procurement and provides public sector fleet managers with fast, compliant access to award-winning driver behaviour and telematics technology, supporting sustainability, road safety, and cost reduction goals.
About the Crown Commercial Service
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers
What this means for public sector fleet managers
As part of the RM6353 framework, Lightfoot can now be directly procured through Lot 4: Supply of vehicle telematics hardware, software and associated products. This provides fleet managers with access to a faster, compliant procurement route, tools to support net zero, ESG, and ESOS reporting, and confidence in working with a supplier that already supports many public sector fleets across the UK.
To get started, simply search for Ashwoods Lightfoot under the Tyres, Glass and Telematics framework (RM6353) on the CCS website. From there you can raise a direct award, or reach out to our team for support.
